User-Defined Format
After clicking the icon in the window with the display of a single document an extra window will be opened. The display fields in the upper box can be transferred in appropriate order to the lower box by clicking the triangle icon [1]. After clicking the OK icon the display of single documents is rearranged according to the new format.
The clicking of the icon [2] enables the user to switch back quickly to the default format without modifying the user defined format. Then single documents are displayed in the predefined format.
A similar feature can also be applied in the MGDCOM file.
