The international Xenopus meeting takes place every second year and serves as the leading platform for scientists working with Xenopus as a model organism in developmental and cell biology. The titel of her presentation was: "Peter Pan functions independent of its role in ribosome biogenesis during early eye and craniofacial cartilage development in X. laevis". Among the authors (Verena Bugner, Aleksandra Tecza, Susanne Gessert and Michael Kühl), also Aleksandra Tecza is a PhD student of the programme. Congratulations to both!
