"Cellular and molecular mechanisms of aging" is the main topic of the structured, international, high quality programme which is funded by de DFG for the next four and a half years with 3 million Euros.
Prof. Geiger says that it was important for the approval that the programme will be integrated in the International PhD Programme of the International Graduate School of Molecular Medicine Ulm which is funded by the Excellence Initiative of the German Federal and State Government.
