The Harald Rose-Prize is awarded biennially at Ulm University for exceptional Master’s theses and dissertations in the field of electron microscopy. Mrs. La Roche received the prize for her Master thesis, titled: “Establishment of a pre-embedding immunogold labeling method for electron microscopy and adaptation to human cytomegalovirus-infected cell cultures.”. Her work was done in the group of Clarissa Read within the central project Z01 of the CRC1279 and in collaboration with Jens von Einem of the Institute for Virology of the Ulm University Medical Center.
