I am a Professor of Interorganizational Management & Control at Ulm University and the Scientific Director of the International Performance Research Institute. My research focuses on management accounting, control systems, and business analytics, with particular emphasis on how accounting information and management controls shape organizational decision-making. I have a keen interest in field experiments, which allow me to analyze these processes in real-world business environments.
