To limit our efforts to a manageable number of publications as well as to cope with restrictions imposed by Google Scholar we limit our review to the first 1000 hits. We are aware that this constitutes a restriction. However, since Google Scholar sorts its results by relevance (i.e., mainly by the number of citations) we believe that our literature review is still representative.
