Apart from plenary and invited lectures there is a possibility for participants to give an oral or poster presentation.

If you are interested in presenting please use the provided template to prepare an abstract for your presentation. After submission of your abstract via our conference management software conftool, the scientific committee will decide whether your can give an oral presentation or a poster presentation.

To submit an abstract, please register to our conference management software conftool: https://www.conftool.org/isppcc2023/

Once you have created an account you can select to submit an abstract (categories: oral presentation, poster presentation). Please use the template for preparing your abstract. On the first page of the submission, you have to enter some information from your abstract into an online form (name, institution, etc.) and copy & paste the text of your abstract as this will help us to provide a digital book of abstracts via our conference app. You can also enter keywords to categorize your presentation but this is not compulsory. On the second page please upload your abstract. Once you click “upload file & save submission” your submission is complete and ready for review.

Creating an account and/or submitting an abstract does not register you for the conference – this has to be done in a separate step, also via conftool. Find more information here. 
Note: even if you have used conftool in the past for other conferences, you have to create a new account for this event.
