On December 15, Sumit Parmar successfully defended his dissertation on "Pharmacogenetic factors involved in cancer treatment".
A short time later on December 22, Marian Pfreimer's disputation took place. Her dissertation is entitled "Leukemia-associated RhoGEF LARG links Gαq-coupled receptor activity to Rho-GTPase-dependent signaling pathways".
