The 
Doctoral Student Award has been established by the Graduate School in 2008 and is presented annually at the Fall Meeting of the Graduate School.
Nomination packets should consist of each of the following items:
- A nomination letter by the supervisor, or the nominating person, briefly describing why this student was chosen for nomination (maximum 2 pages)
- A CV of the candidate including congress participations
- A list of publications
Nominations are to be submitted to the Coordination Office (
igardu@uni-ulm.de) per E-Mail by August 30, 2015, 12:00 pm at the latest.
Nominees have to be in their final year of their doctoral studies or already finished within the year. The nominations will be evaluated by the Board of Directors and the PhD Committee.
The award will be presented during the Fall Meeting 2014 on October 9, 2014.
Please note that you cannot apply for the award yourself. Candidates for the award have to be proposed through another person.
