The 
Doctoral Student Award has been established by the Graduate School in 2008 and is presented annually at the Fall Meeting of the Graduate School.
Nomination packets should consist of each of the following items:
• A nomination letter briefly describing why this student was chosen for nomination (maximum 2 pages)
• A CV of the candidate including congress participations and publications
Nominees have to be in their final year of doctoral enrollment during the award year.
Nominations are to be submitted to the Coordination Office in quadruplicate by 12.00 p.m. on August 31, 2011. The nominations will be evaluated by the Board of Directors and the PhD Committee. The award will be presented at the graduation ceremony during the Fall Meeting on October 6, 2011.
