In this talk, an overview on the current status of the proCollab project is given. In particular, challenges and requirements for the process-aware task management support for knowledge-intensive business processes are presented first. Following this, state of the art is discussed accordingly as well as the proCollab approach is presented by introducing its key entities and their dependencies. Finally, valuable results on the analysis of task list instances and the improvement of task list templates are presented to underline the importance of a lifecycle support for knowledge-intensive processes.
