As of today, there is no systematic support of knowledge-intensive processes (KiPs). These processes are not predictable in detail as they are driven by knowledge workers at run time. The proCollab project aims to develop a new type of support for knowledge workers and KiPs. It is based on the provision of digital task lists in the context of KiPs. In particular, it even incorporates task list templates that can be instantiated by knowledge workers on demand. However, the creation of suitable task list templates is difficult and challenging. Hence, it is desirable to automatically generate a task list template through the analysis of task lists that have already been completed by knowledge workers in the past. In this context, this presentation shows results from experiments and implementations conducted to establish the automatic creation of task list templates in proCollab.
