The QuestionSys enables experts to create questionnaires which are distributed over a sharing platform. Therefore, questionnaires may need to be transferred to other users, for example publishers, who support the authors. For that, it may be necessary to transfer exploitation rights. Hence, an interface has been developed
which supports authors to create license agreements and to negotiate with other users about these agreements. The fundamentals and the interface are presented.
