Scanning probe microscopy has revolutionized our understanding of the micro-and nanoworld. The lecture will focus on the fundamental principles of scanning probe microscopy techniques and their applications, whereby the focus is on in situ applications in analytical chemistry and related disciplines covering topics in life sciences and energy-related research.
