Facilities

We are equipped with a state of the art laboratory which consists of the following instruments:

• 4W Titanium Sapphire Laser tunable from 650 - 1060 nm
• Andor Spectrometer with Silicon and InGaAs camera
• Three confocal set ups with nanopositioning stages
• Several fiber coupling set ups to perform on chip experiments
• Access to the state of the art cleanroom equipment to prepare Silicon Carbide on Insulator nanophotonic and electronics structures
