Facilities
We are equipped with a state of the art laboratory which consists of the following instruments:
- 4W Titanium Sapphire Laser tunable from 650 - 1060 nm
- Andor Spectrometer with Silicon and InGaAs camera
- Three confocal set ups with nanopositioning stages
- Several fiber coupling set ups to perform on chip experiments
- Access to the state of the art cleanroom equipment to prepare Silicon Carbide on Insulator nanophotonic and electronics structures
