Guidelines "allocation of examination credits before issuing a certificate".

There is a one-time option to move modules between examination areas prior to issuance of the certificate. Please note the following:

  • The modules are approved for the examination areas according to the module handbook.
  • The criteria for the examination areas are met (e.g. minimum number of graded credit points).
  • Excess credit points cannot be transferred to other areas.
  • Recognized examination credits cannot be moved. This requires a change of recognition by the Examination Board chairman.
  • Pre-requisite (Vorleistungen)  will not be included on the transcript as additional exams.
Bachelor Studies

You only have to assign examination credits if you have passed more modules than required by the examination regulations (e.g. another minor subject or additional subjects that you want to be credited in an elective area).

List the changes you wish to make in an e-mail and send it to Ms. Neugebauer at the Student's Registrar.

Fill out the form appropriate to your course of study, let it be checked by Dr. Kohnle (Physics - Student Affairs Office) and hand it in to the Student's Registrar before submitting the Master's thesis.
