The Dr. Barbara Mez-Starck Foundation (Freiburg) annualy awards

• the International Dr. Barbara Mez-Starck-Prize for outstanding contributions in structural chemistry and high resolution molecular spectroscopy
• the local Dr. Barbara Mez-Starck Prize for the best graduate students in chemistry

The prizes are named according to the foundator who led our group until 1987.
