Doctoral Award of the Ulm University Society (UUG)
Award for outstanding doctoral achievements at Ulm University.
The prizes, each endowed with €1,500, are awarded annually by the Ulm University Society – up to nine recipients are honored each year.
The aim of the doctoral award is to recognize exceptional scientific work and to encourage early-career researchers to pursue their research with dedication. The awards are presented during Ulm University's annual celebration by the chairperson of the Ulm University Society. In addition, the awardees receive a certificate.
Eligibility for nomination requires the successful completion of a doctorate with excellent distinction at Ulm University.
