In the last quarter, we had an intensive exchange with universities in Baden-Wuerttemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia on research information management and formed working groups on best practice. We have reviewed the technical capabilities of research and doctoral candidate management in HISinOne following the release update and adapted them to our requirements.
In addition, we developed and set up reproducible standard configurations for the development system and a structured test environment. We are now working continuously on the system configuration in order to adapt the content of the standard delivery to the requirements of our university and the hospital administration and to ensure a smooth introduction.
We have pushed ahead with the planning for the go-live of our first milestone "Projects/ Third-party funding notification" and created the test concept for this milestone. In the current quarter, we are preparing the training concept for this milestone.
In the "Doctoral Candidate Management" project, we successfully carried out the first test migrations of inventory data. We are now working continuously on the system configuration. As a first major step, we will go live with the "Application for acceptance as a doctoral candidate" in the current quarter.
