€ 600.- per course
(€ 1,200.- for two courses)
€ 400.- per course for members of the German Epidemiological Association (DGEpi)
(€ 800.- for two courses)
€ 300.- for employees of Ulm University and students
(€ 600.- for two courses)
€ 10.- per course material as hardcopy (course materials in electronic form included in course fees)
A limited number of fellowships is available for participants from low income countries. Deadline for fellowship applications: April 30, 2024

Fellowship - Acknowledgements
Applicants for a fellowship for the Summer School 2024 need to provide the following information:
1) Name and address
2) Curriculum vitae including date of birth
3) Current professional activities and responsibilities
4) List of publications (if available)
5) Proficiency in English (Certificate of Competence)
6) Expected benefits for future professional activities
7) Information about other potential sources of funding
8) Letter of recommendation from a supervisor / academic advisor of the institution, including a confirmation of absorption of the travel costs
9) Application form

The deadline for fellowship application is April 30, 2024.
Additionally please be informed about the following:
Each recipient of a fellowship will receive the sum of 400 euros in cash, and the course/s (max. 2) is/are free.
Additionally we pay for the accommodation (5 nights incl. breakfast). Costs exceeding these 400 euros and accomodation will have to be covered individually.
