How to find us
You can view the location of the institute via google maps ©. On the map, the building of our institute is located directly at the end of the street.
If you are travelling by car, we offer you two directions:
Via the A8 or A7 motorway from the north
- Leave the A8 motorway via the Ulm-West exit (No. 62) in the direction of Ulm/Friedrichshafen (B10).
- Leave the B10 motorway via the exit in the direction of Wissenschaftsstadt-Universität and keep left. You will then come to a motorway-like feeder road (Berliner Ring), which you follow.
- At the first junction, turn left at the traffic lights into Albert-Einstein-Allee.
- At the James-Franck-Ring roundabout, take the Helmholtzstraße/Science Park 1 exit and immediately afterwards turn left again into Helmholtzstraße. You will see a multi-storey car park on the left-hand side.
- Follow Helmholtzstraße to the end (approx. 5 minutes on foot). The blue building is no. 22 and you will find our offices on the ground floor on the left-hand side of the building.
Via the A7 motorway from the south
- Leave the A7 motorway at the Hittistetten junction in the direction of Ulm.
- Now follow the B10 (city motorway) through Ulm. You will see IKEA on the left-hand side, then drive through a tunnel.
