University Sports Office (Hochschulsport)

The university has its own sports office, the Hochschulsportbüro located at Ulm University. It is open for all students of Ulm University, Ulm University of Applied Sciences and the University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm. Hochschulsport offers a variety of sports courses from Aikido to Volleyball. Enrollment for sports courses usually starts in September for the Winter Semester and in March for the Summer Semester.

Click on the red Button on the landing page to see a list of all courses. Green options are still available, click on „Buchbar“ to see a description of the course, including fees, time, place etc. If you find a suitable course, scroll down the page and click on “Anmelden”. Sign in with your uni-ulm account details and wait 1-2 days to receive an email with payment instructions.

Hochschulsport also cooperates with the sailing club USCU where you can obtain the German sailing licence (compulsory on most of the lakes).

In addition, the University Sports Centre offers a well-equipped and cheap gym called “UNIfit”, where you can train in an academic environment. “UNIfit” is located in O25, level 1
