Sustainable Management

Legislations make it compulsory for businesses, for example, to reduce their emissions. A more developed consumer awareness is furthermore transforming market structures and putting pressure on organisations to incorporate sustainability into their business processes, both on an ecological and a social level. This shift requires new competences in professionals, e.g. in regards to the implementation of sustainability-oriented management and controlling systems or sustainability reporting. The Master’s programme in Sustainable Management closes this gap by graduating practitioners with exactly these skills and competences.

More about the course

This pathway provides specialised and scientific knowledge in the area of Sustainable Management. You can choose additional specialisations in the more typical areas of management and economics 'Management and Controlling', 'Technology and Process Management' and 'Economics'. Furthermore, the area of 'Ethics' gives you the opportunity to strengthen your personal moralistic competences and familiarise yourself with relevant lines of argument and how to apply them.
