Miriam Kipping
Miriam Kipping is working as a research assistant in the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology since October 2022. She acquired her bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology at the University of Ulm with a focus on clinical and health psychology. In her master’s thesis, she investigated the function of neuronal interoceptive networks for emotional experience using the method of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS). During her studies, she worked as a student assistant in the departments of Applied Cognitive Psychology, Psychological Research Methods and in the research of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Ulm University Hospital. She also completed two internships in psychiatric clinics. Since October 2022, she is doing the training as a psychological psychotherapist at the Institute for Behavioral Therapy and Applied Psychology at the University Hospital Ulm.
