About

Julia Lenz is a research associate / doctoral candidate at the Institute for Organization and Management of Information Systems (OMI) at Ulm University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2018 from the University of Essex, UK, and her Master of Science from City, University of London, UK, in 2020, specializing in Organizational Psychology. Since 2020, she has been a research associate at Worms University of Applied Sciences. There, she worked, among other projects, for KISAT and EMPOWER at the Center for Technology and Transfer (ZTT).
