The Microelectronics Technology Center is available to all members of Ulm University for carrying out scientific work. Furthermore, if you are an employee of a company that has concluded a user agreement with Ulm University, you can gain access to the Microelectronics Technology Center.

1. Please submit a request via the  contact form.
2. Work in the cleanroom for a week under the direct supervision of an experienced cleanroom user ("supervisor") from your institute/company as a "special guest".
3. Make an appointment with the Technical Director of the Microelectronics Technology Center for a safety briefing (see apointment list below).
4. After the safety briefing, your student ID/membership card will be activated such, that you can enter the cleanroom on your own. External employees receive a chip card as access authorization.
5. To work independently with equipment/chemicals, you will need specific instructions. For this, please contact the person responsible for the equipment in question or Ms. Susanne Menzel for work with chemicals.

The next safety briefings for new users will take place on the following dates (always 11.00 am for the briefing in German and 11.45 am for the briefing in English)
