The authors present a visualization for manometry data to alleviate the medical diagnosis of different esophageal motility disorders. High-resolution manometry measures spatio-temporal pressure data inside the esophagus during the act of swallowing.
Our system abstracts individual swallows and embeds them in a visual decision graph. Different metrics can directly be perceived and evaluated.
