Our project on the visual analysis of protein-ligand interactions, as they are investigated with modern simulation methods, is funded by the DFG. In the three-year project, we will develop analysis and visualization methods that help to better understand the interactions of molecules. Thereby, we rely on GPU methods that allow the application of the developed techniques to large data sets. The project will be realized together with Dr. Michael Krone (University of Stuttgart) and Assoc.-Prof. Dr. Barbora Kozlikova (Masaryk University, Czech Republic).
