Katja Rogers, member of the research group of Michael Weber, has successfully defended her phd thesis with the title Realism in Player Experience - Exploring Interaction, Narrative, and Audio.
The circumstances of this event were more than unaccustomed because of the general regulations in face of severe health policy related challenges. The named reviewers Prof. Dr-Ing Michael Weber, Prof. Dr Enrico Rukzio (both Ulm University), and Prof. Dr Lennart Nacke (University of Waterloo, Canada) were gathered under the auspices of Prof. Dr Manfred Reichert to hold this doctoral colloquium via video conference.
Later, the members of the institute of media informatics and former fellow co-workers celebrated this successful (temporary) finale of an accedemic carreer also via video conference.
