Joint fairwell to the longterm assistance to the group leader amongst present and former collegues of the institute, the office staff of the faculty of computer sciences, of the central administration and of other univisity areas.

The Institut of Media informatics held a small farewell celebration for Ms. Sigrid Duschek on September 10, 2024. After more then ten years, current and former employees bid farewell to Ms. Duschek, who not only mastered the technical challenges but also created a positive atmosphere with her friendly demeanor and humor. Ms. Duschek was always there to support students, guests, and interested parties with advice and assistance.

We would like to thank Ms. Duschek for her valuable support and commitment to all matters of the institute and beyond, and we wish her all the best and a lot of success in the future.
