Stefanie Rinderle-Ma, who did her doctorate and habilitation with the Institue of Databases and Information Systems (DBIS) at Ulm University, has been appointed as full professor by the Technical University Munich, where she holds the Chair for Information Systems and Business Process Management since 1 March 2021. Before she had worked as full professor at the University of Vienna, Austria, where she had been head of the Research Group on Workflow Systems and Technology.

The DBIS team expresses its congratulations to Stefanie, wishes her a good start in Munich, and is looking forward to further collaborating with her in the field of Business Process Management.
