Alter und neuer Sprecher der EMISA-Fachgruppe im Gespräch: Matthias Weske und Manfred Reichert

At 13 September 2012, the Opens external link in new window GI SIG EMISA (Special Interest Group on Development Methods for Information Systems and their Application) elected Opens internal link in current window Prof. Dr. Manfred Reichert (University of Ulm) as new chairman of its executive board. EMISA has about 700 members.

Manfred's representative will be Prof. Dr. Jan Mendling (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien); Jan will also take over the role as Managing Editor of the EMISA Forum filled by Manfred in the period from 2006 - 2012. The present chairman, Prof. Dr. Mathias Weske (Hasso-Plattner Institute Potsdam, on camera with Manfred Reichert), will resign after 6 successful years by end of this year.

The new executive board of EMISA comprises the following members:
