In his roles as Consolidation Chair and PC Co-Chair of the 19th International Conference on Business Process Management (BPM 2021), Prof. Reichert has been co-editor of two conference proceedings published by Springer.  Together with Artem Polyvyanyy (University of Melbourne, Australia), Moe Thandar Wynn (Queensland University of Technology, Australia) and Amy van Looy (Ghent University, Belgium), he is the editor of the BPM 2021 Proceedings published in Springer’s LNCS series and the BPM Forum 2021 Proceedings published in Springer’s LNBIP series:

Manfred has been well connected to the BPM conference series since its first edition. Since 2015 he has been a member of the BPM Conference Steering Committee. He was General Chair of the BPM’09 conference in Ulm, Consolidation Chair and PC Co-Chair of the BPM’21 conference in Rome, PC Co-Chair of the BPM’08 conference in Milan, General Workshop Co-Chair of the BPM 2015 conference in Innsbruck, Doctoral Consortium Co-Chair of the BPM’12 / BPM’20 conferences in Tallinn / Seville, and Tutorial Chair of the BPM’16 / BPM’18 conferences in Rio de Janeiro / Sydney. Furthermore, he successfully co-organized multiple BPM Workshops, including the ProHealth workshop series, and presented several tutorials, together with international colleagues, at the BPM conference series. In particular, he published many outstanding papers in this renowned conference series. At the BPM 2013 conference in Beijing, together with Stefanie Rinderle-Ma and Peter Dadam, he received the first BPM Test of Time Award. Finally, he was invited keynote speaker of the BPM 2018 conference in Sydney.
