Recently, the Institute of Numerical Methods and Informatics in Civil Engineering from TU Darmstadt successfully applied our ADEPT2 process management technology (AristaFlow BPM Suite) for the flexible handling of planning and coordination tasks in the field of flood control. The overall vision of this project is to provide an innovative process-driven emergency management system. Using the ADEPT2 software a much more flexible support of disaster scenarios has become possible when compared to the use of traditional workflow management systems.
