Registration fee

Early bird Registration fee 670 € (incl. VAT 24 %) until 2015-11-30 midnight EET (Eastern European Time), UTC/GMT +2 hours.

Late Registration fee 730 € from 2015-12-01 until 2015-12-31.

Registration fee includes:

• Participation in all programme and demo sessions
• Data stick with the programme
• Welcome reception on Wednesday
• Lunch and dinner on Thursday
• Conference dinner on Friday
• Coffee breaks during the conference
• Conference trip to Sámi Museum Siida and Sámi Cultural Centre Sajos (the Sámi Parlament) on Friday morning, including guide and lunch at Sajos

Accommodation

Accommodation is organized at the conference hotel Hotel Riekonlinna at the special conference price and accommodation can only be booked through the registration form.

89 € single room. 98 € double room.

The minimum of three nights is required for the conference dates (2016-01-13 – 2016-01-16), and additional nights can be bought for the same conference price as necessary.

For all presenters, accommodation is guaranteed by the early-bird registration date.

After early-bird registration date has passed:

• Accommodation depends on the availability at the hotel
• Ordering accommodation via the registration form is not possible
• Accommodation can be bought directly from the Hotel Riekonlinna

Payment methods

The registration fees can be paid with credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or a Finnish online bank. The registration is binding. Make sure that you have all the information needed when proceeding to the registration form. Please read through the cancellation policy below.

Substitution

If you are unable to attend the conference, you can request the transfer of your registration to another participant by notifying the Conference Secretariat in writing by e-mail, before the conference.

Cancellation policy and terms

Registration is binding. Notifications and amendments must be made in writing (by e-mail or airmail) to Konffa Ltd. The fee for any amendment is 10 € / registration. Should there be any mistakes in the given registration details, the fee for correction will be 10 €.

In case of cancellations no refunds will be given and the registration and accommodation fees will be charged fully.

Force Majeure, health related issues

Should there occur an insuperable obstacle related to a registered person’s health, the refund concerning registration fee will be made in full, less an administration charge of 50 €. Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail or airmail) to Konffa Ltd. An official and original medical certificate must be presented within two (2) weeks of the cancellation notification. Konffa Ltd recommends all-inclusive travel insurance.
