Traditional organisation day of the department

A well-organised team is the key to successful research. For this reason, the Human Factors department met again this year for a full-day organisational meeting at the Villa Eberhardt in Ulm. 

The focus was on issues such as optimising processes, efficient communication within the team and making better use of existing resources. Through productive discussions and an open exchange of ideas, numerous ideas were developed and concrete measures agreed. 

In addition to the substantive work, the pleasant atmosphere and good catering made for a successful and motivating meeting. We are now looking forward to putting the new approaches into practice and structuring our research work even better.
