The organization of the department is an important basis for good research. That's why the Human Factors department met for a whole day at Villa Eberhardt to address organizational topics (e.g. the team meeting process).
Even if such a meeting sounds a little dull in theory, it wasn't at all in actual practice. Thanks to a pleasant atmosphere and efficient working methods, many points were successfully dealt with and the feedback from colleagues was very positive. The excellent catering certainly also contributed to this.
In any case, we are looking forward to implementing the points discussed so that we can work and research even more efficiently as a department.
