G-Data Endpoint Protection Business
Computer viruses, Trojans, spyware and other malware are a constant threat to PC data. Therefore, reliable protection is an important prerequisite for a functioning EDP at the workplace. The kiz of the University of Ulm provides a virus scanner that you can install free of charge on any company PC. Thus you can protect yourself against viruses from the internet as well as against viruses on internal ways (CD, USB stick, drive shares etc.). We have concluded a contract with the company G-Data for the use of appropriate protection software on the campus of the University of Ulm.
All PCs on which the version of "G-Data Endpoint Protection Business" offered by the kiz is installed are monitored by the kiz.
The term of the license is currently 3 years, i.e. until June 2026.
Source of supply
