- Log in with your kiz account and password. (Unfortunately, you cannot use your email address as a username).
- Help is integrated in GitLab (there is a (?) icon in the top bar at the top right).
- You can then manage yourself in GitLab: Form groups, invite others, create projects, set permissions for project members.
- Existing projects can be transferred between instances using GitLab's export/import functionality.

Deletion concept:
- Projects are deleted after the owner leaves the University.
- Inactive projects are automatically deleted after 12 months. The owner of the project receives an automatic warning about the impending deletion after just 6 months of inactivity. Caution: Read-only operations such as viewing or cloning a project do not reset the timer.
