E-mail, Calendar & Collaboration
The service provides the central e-mail infrastructure for Ulm University. Users are members of the university as well as members of the alumni organization of Ulm University. Access to personal e-mail mailboxes is SSL-encrypted via the IMAP protocol or alternatively via Webmail interfaces. Emails are automatically filtered for spam, whereby the filtering can be influenced by the user. Via a web frontend, various settings can be made for the personal mailbox (e.g., absence messages).
Calendar (SOGo)
The calendar service enables to coordinate appointments and address data, as well as access rights for workgroups.
Mailing Lists
Web-Frontend of the central list server of Ulm University. With this Frontend you can manage your subscriptions and the associated lists.
CloudStore
CloudStore is an online storage service based on Nextcloud. The system is operated by kiz on servers of the University of Ulm. Users of the university are offered a data exchange service with the possibility to synchronize data between different devices and users. Access is cross-platform via web browser or special client applications that are available for various operating systems, including mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones.
Project Management (Redmine)
For the project management of your academic and non-academic projects in a university context, we offer a central service based on the open source software Redmine in cooperation with the University of Konstanz.
Ticket System (KIX Pro)
KIX Pro is a web-based ticket system. It helps the kiz and others to coordinate the ITIL processes (Incident Management and Request Fulfillment).Incidents and requests can be recorded, structured and edited via various communication channels such as e-mail, telephone and customer frontend. Therefore KIX serves the comprehensible, uniform and transparent organization of workflows in customer support.

Filetransfer with F * EX
Tip: The university network BelWü offers a file transfer service, which is suitable for the exchange of files with external partners, if the files are too large for sending by e-mail.
