Articles from the kiz's entire stock of journals and monographs can be ordered either as paper copies in black and white (conventional document service) or as colour scans (digital document service DDS).

Performance features
- Ordering via the online catalogue
- Supplementation or correction of inaccurate information by kiz staff
- Creation of the copy or scan
- Optional rush orders (surcharge) are completed within 24 hours.
- Automatic notification by e-mail that the order has been completed Provision or dispatch of the document: Paper copies can be collected from the circulation desks in the library head office or in Helmholtzstraße (chosen by the customer) or they can be sent by internal post.
- Scans are created in PDF format and can be accessed or downloaded within the online catalogue via "My Account".

Application modalities
No separate application is required to use the service. The prerequisite is an active library account, which is automatically set up with the kiz account or linked to a kiz service card.
Fee / Charge
The service is subject to a fee. Fees and charges are levied in accordance with the Schedule of Fees and Charges.
