Performance features

Software is distributed via a centralised desktop management system. This is used to install the OS, the drivers and all subsequent software installations.

kiz-intern, PC pools and central university administration

24 x 7 x 365

Application modalities

Basic software available on every PC, additional software must be requested via a ticket.

  • licence-free software that has already been packaged can be installed directly
  • New software must be requested (in the ZUV via the IT coordinator)

Fee / charge

No fees or charges are invoiced for the service.
