Software is distributed via a centralised desktop management system. This is used to install the OS, the drivers and all subsequent software installations.

Application modalities
Basic software available on every PC, additional software must be requested via a ticket.
- licence-free software that has already been packaged can be installed directly
- New software must be requested (in the ZUV via the IT coordinator)

No fees or charges are invoiced for the service.
