Event registration (CoronaNG)

People with a kiz account can use CoronaNG to register for events such as internships, lab courses, language courses etc. The courses can be limited by the supervisors, e.g. to the number of participants, but also to prerequisites or exclusions, time periods, etc.
Participant lists can be output in various formats, e.g. PDF, Excel, CSV.
There are interfaces to the course catalogue, evaluation system, learning platform and special medical systems (blue/green system).

- Creation of events & sub-events based on information from the event directory
- Restriction and limitation of participation in sub-events via participant numbers, time periods, inclusions and exclusions as well as groups and information from the central directory service
- Convenient functions for participants such as monitoring sub-events, sorting, archiving, collective registration and exporting participation in PDF format
- Hierarchical processing of (partial) events by the administrators
- Interfaces to the event directory, the teaching/learning platform, the evaluation system and the 'Blue System'
- Export of participant data in CSV, PDF, XLSX format
Services of the kiz:
- Updating the underlying libraries as required.
- Support for the specialist departments in the event of technical problems.
- Extension of the software in consultation with and as required by the specialist departments.

No separate application necessary, as it is included in the kiz account.
