As of 01.12.2022, the license of Ulm University with IEEE changes to a read-and-publish model. The agreement allows open access for 35 articles in all hybrid and full open access journals of IEEE (publish component). The volume is based on the publication output of the past years. The use of the IEEEXplore database is available as usual to the same extent (Read component). Authors should familiarize themselves with the publication requirements on our OA funding website before submitting an article to ensure a smooth publication process.
