- 1992, switch to industry, to gain work experience.
- 1992-1996 application development at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, concentration: optimising core processes in the area of new printing machine construction
- from 1996 head of the Computer Science Department at the Ulm University Hospital’s Internal Medicine
- afterwards: return to industry. At tiscon AG Infosystems, taking over partial project management for the generative development of a merchandise management system in Italy and interim management of developing a private health insurance solution in Switzerland.
- In April 2001 she founded eXXcellent solutions gmbH in cooperation with four colleagues
- Martina Burgetsmeier was appointed acting chairperson of the Economics Advisory Board for the Faculty of Mathematics and Economics.
Today:
Dr. Martina Burgetsmeier is CEO and partner of eXXcellent solutions gmbh in Ulm.
