Education:
from 1992 computer science at the University of Ulm
Diplom degree 1997
PhD:
2001 in the field of robotics/autonomous mobile systems under Professor Palm, Neuro-Computer Science Department, achieving a DSc degree.
Professional and Academic Career:
- Late 2001 at AIS GmbH in Ulm, where he was responsible for the Ground Truth Division. Here he developed extremely reliable software and business processes aimed at processing ground truth for flight security systems, used by clients such as THALES Avionics and Airbus.
- In 2004, he founded KTB mechatronics GmbH and has been managing the company as CEO ever since. This young company develops products and solutions in the fields of mechatronics and robotics. It achieved quick fame for the product series qfix, a modular system for robots, to be used for apprenticeships and traineeships, as well as for leisure.
Today:
Since 2005, Stefan Enderle has been re-strengthening his ties to the University of Ulm. He is now a visiting lecturer in the field of robotics.
