Laboratory assistance for young women scientists during pregnancy or breastfeeding
The laboratory assistance initiative enables female scientists to continue their research activities in the laboratory if they cannot perform these themselves for medical reasons during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is aimed specifically at doctoral and postdoctoral candidates of Ulm University in cases where practical laboratory work puts the child at risk. Bachelor's and master's students may, upon request and in individual cases, be eligible for laboratory assistance as well. If the lab assistance cannot be funded through either third-party funded projects nor scholarships nor the Faculty's gender equality funds you can apply for an assistance. Applications for lab assistance can be submitted at any time. Please note: There is no legal entitlement to this funding. Details of the laboratory assistance for young women scientists
