Our department Human Resources Department cares for all personnel issues relating to employment at the University of Ulm in connection with collective agreement or agreement outside the agreed scale rate, a civil servant employment, a remunerated teaching assignment or student/research assistant (except for Faculty of Medicine).

We develop instruments for all questions of personnel development, further training and personnel management. You will also find the family service and the central management for training professions at Ulm University here. We support you for reconciling work and family life and in the event of extended periods of illness through our company integration management.
